Our job is using each horse maximum potencial for conditioning and training for obtaining the higher performance possible at the show arena.

The training team is leaded by Dejair de Souza, who works with Rodolfo since the beginning of Guzzo Arabian Training in late 1999.

They started working together at Farm “Sonho Meu” owned by Mr. Grissi. Dejair considers Guzzo his most important influence in Halter training techniques. He always admired his boss and friend Rodolfo skills to brake barriers so quick ly with horses and obtaining incredible results in so short periods of time. “Rodolfo has a very clear idea of what does he wants from the horse, and has the ability of transmiting this so well with clear and accurate orders to the animal.”
