Training
Our job is using each horse maximum potencial for conditioning and training for obtaining the higher performance possible at the show arena.
The training team is leaded by Dejair de Souza, who works with Rodolfo since the beginning of Guzzo Arabian Training in late 1999.
They started working together at Farm “Sonho Meu” owned by Mr. Grissi. Dejair considers Guzzo his most important influence in Halter training techniques. He always admired his boss and friend Rodolfo skills to brake barriers so quickly with horses and obtaining incredible results in so short periods of time. “Rodolfo has a very clear idea of what does he wants from the horse, and has the ability of transmiting this so well with clear and accurate orders to the animal..”
Today Dejair is the head of a group of young and talented workers: Fabrizio (Xiru), Silvano, Ivo, Antonio and Jose. They are all very hard and proud workers that clearly know the goals they ran after, the responsables of creating the “magic” everyone sees at every show.
For Dejair, “Theres no more secret that the day after day work. Conditioning a show horse is like carving a sculpture, a little bit every day until you get the final result.”
“Winning is not an obsession for us, like a lot of people often say, but a way of valorizing and showing respect for our clients. A trophy is the best way of showing that the work is correctly done and a proud for a team that works to the extreme.”
